shell curve

the shell of my tort began curving up in the back is this normal?
Should i be concerned? If so how can i correct this.

If it's curved up around their back legs to where it is essentially horizontal to the ground it is common.  If it actually curves UP to any significant extent then it is not.

it is curled up at his hind legs to an angle
its not too severe.. is this normal or not ?

It is pretty normal.  Most of mine have some curve back there.
