He is so adorable. I asked my vet (he specializes in reptiles) here and he said that sometimes the shell tooth stays on longer, but to not worry about it as it will come off in time.

Thank you Groo!!  His egg tooth actually came off this past weekend :)  He's not a baby anymore ;)

Sara,
   The egg tooth is what breaks the egg and begins the hatching process. If you look real close in some of Katie's pictures, there is a "point" on his nose, that is the egg tooth!  ;D
