This is a friend's tort and its shell doesn't look right to me....is this ok?

that little guy does not look healthy! is he getting any UVB? why are his eyes so dark??

It appears to be a redfoot with pyramidding.

That Redfoot looks like it is in an aquarium with pebbles on the bottom.
It is obviously not getting the humidity that it needs!!! Please have your friend read Joe's Redfoot site!
